There, she blossomed in her faith, culminating in a powerful experience on February 2, 1992, when she received the Holy Ghost. This moment marked a significant change in her life, and she became an active member of the church community, singing in the mass choir and women’s choir. She also enjoyed taking part in praise and worship, reflecting the joy she finds in her relationship with Jesus. Today, Troika’s spiritual journey continues, even though she currently does not have a home church. She believes that her connection to God remains strong, allowing her to guide others in their own spiritual quests. Troika envisions leaving behind a legacy for the next generation that showcases the hands and feet of God and serves as evidence of His reality. For Troika, faith is not only about personal belief; it’s about action and service to others. As a CA-licensed marriage and family therapist, Troika provides online telehealth services, helping people navigate their emotional and mental challenges. Her work impacts many by offering a safe place where individuals can learn to heal and grow. She encourages everyone to “let go,” reminding them that releasing burdens can lead to a more fulfilling life. One of Troika’s guiding lights has always been her favorite Bible verse, the 23rd Psalm. Meant to comfort and inspire, it has been her anchor through numerous life trials, including the loss of her mother at a young age and her experiences during Desert Storm. The verse reassures her that goodness and mercy will follow her all the days of her life, a sentiment she cherishes deeply. This wisdom speaks volumes about her resilient spirit and hopeful outlook.
