The Black Book 2027 Update

We are pleased to share that we are updating the North San Diego County Black Book.

This will be the 18th edition of our publication since 2016. Through this project, we highlight individuals, organizations, and leaders who are making a meaningful difference in the local Black communities we have been part of over the past 10 years. During that time, we have interviewed and featured more than 350 individuals in print, and our website has highlighted more than 1,000 people and businesses over the years.

We welcome nominations of individuals who represent their communities with excellence, service, and impact.

This publication also helps support our ongoing community initiatives, which raise awareness, strengthen connections, and bring people together through festivals and other local community efforts.
