He learned essential skills, from resume building to life coaching, which inspired him to give back. “I love to see smiles on people’s faces,” he says, reflecting on the joy he feels when helping others achieve their goals. His leadership as a team captain and mentor has made a significant impact, with countless people benefiting from his dedication.The core principle that drives Olan is simple yet powerful: “Fight, never give up.” This mantra has shaped his life and serves as his best advice for others. He encourages young people to pursue their dreams wholeheartedly, reminding us that it’s okay to seek assistance and never shy away from asking for help. “Put 100 percent into everything you do to make it happen,” Olan advises, empowering others to take charge of their futures.Olan’s story is a testament to overcoming obstacles.
