Mason’s cinematic adventure began with an unexpected twist during his high school years when a clerical error landed him in a filmmaking class, deviating from his initial plan of becoming an English teacher. Embracing this serendipitous change, he moved to Los Angeles in 2016, climbed the ranks from an assistant director, and eventually founded his own production company in 2021.

Currently, Mason is eagerly awaiting the release of “Lineage”, a new film anticipated to captivate audiences worldwide. His screenplay, “X Marks the Spot,” has recently achieved finalist status at the Austin Film Festival, earmarking him as a significant contemporary storyteller. His prior experiences include being a finalist in the prestigious Filmocracy Screenwriter Showdown and the Blklst/Warner Bros Incubator Challenge.
