My name is Teresa Brown, the owner and Artist of ArtAlive Design Studio. My goal is to create works of art that will add beauty and inspiration to everyday life. The trademarks of my work are bright vibrant colors, repetition of shapes and patterns, an emphasis of the grace and poise of the dancer, African American people and especially African American women. I place my designs on items we use and see every day! The art you display in your home, the journal you write in, a thank you card sent to a friend, the comfy T-shirt you wear on a Saturday morning or the tote bag you throw over your shoulder.
I hope that people can relate to my work, that they enjoy it in their everyday lives and see the beauty of themselves in it.
