What role do you play in your Industry?
- Right now I'm mostly interacting with highschool students. I work in a school kitchen as an assistant manager. It's the place I suppose I'm meant to be at for the moment.

- 2003
What Certifications, Degrees, Titles and Experience do you have in your industry?
- I have 15+ years in the food service industry holding positions such as cook, lead cook, and currently assistant kitchen manager. Also attended a culinary arts training program and graduated with a certificate in 2004. I have a food safety manager certification as well as San Diego County food handler card.
What do you love most about your role in your industry?
- I love making people happy with good food.
What is the best advice you have received about how to impact your industry?
- Be creative and not afraid to try the uncomfortable things.
