What role do you play in your Industry?

In the writers world, I have written blogs, articles, and now a book, called "Breathing Under Water, the War Within"

What year did you start in your industry?

I started writing in 2012 as a blogger for Real Army Wives.com I started in Ad Tech in 2019. I also started Organizing Cultural Events in 2019 for Latisha Hardy Dance & Company.

What Certifications, Degrees, Titles and Experience do you have in your industry?

I have a MBA from Colorado Technical Univerity. My experience in Undergrad at Indiana University in Creative Writing and English Literature started my desire to write. I founded a cchapter of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. My sophomore year and also began community organization for Diversity and Inclusion. I now spearhead that with the Ad Tech and Corporate spaces as well. I am also the Diversity and Culture Taskforce lead for Latisha Hardy Dance & Company.

Why & How did you get involved in your industry?

Tech came naturally after getting my MBA. As for Culture & Community, I felt isolated here in Springs so I decided to he the change. At Oracle I assisted with the development of 2 major programs that fostered a better environment for the black employees of Oracle Advertising to include a Mentorship Program and an Internship Program where we who were being mentored can then mentor those Interns and begin a pipeline for the possibility of more blacks being hired into the Ad Tech space.
