Khadija Katherine Haynes has experience working with multinational corporations; local foundations and nonprofits; and both candidate and initiative campaigns ranging from local school board races, statewide initiatives and referred measures to congressional and presidential campaigns. Her strategic community navigation solutions, policy development, and legislative lobbying have proven fruitful for industries needing support from specific constituencies and communities of interest. She serves on numerous boards and has served in many political and governmental appointed positions throughout her career including Chief of Staff to the Senate President of the 67th Colorado General Assembly, and the Policy Director during the 65th and 66th Sessions. She currently serves as a Trustee of the National Western Stockman’s Association, the Board of Directors of the Montbello Organizing Committee, a founder of the Colorado Black Leadership Caucus, co-founder of the Colorado Black Arts Movement. Most recently, she is leading a community informed, multi-million-dollar economic development initiative in Denver’s Montbello neighborhood. Ms. Haynes brings substantial experience, management skills, and leadership to projects. Her vast personal and professional relationships in government, education, business, foundations, and communities of color enables her team of consultants to drive sensitive messaging, broker win-win outcomes, and accomplish client goals creatively and quickly.
