Veteran Urban Educator that is community oriented and determined to make sure every child has access to an education that is relevant to 21st Century global expectations and an education that breaks generational cycles.

Kendrick is committed to creating opportunities for underserved populations through education, social justice and advocacy. Throughout his professional career, Kendrick has created opportunities for students to obtain a college education, develop soft skills, helped improve retention and matriculation of students of color in secondary and postsecondary education and most importantly has helped develop emerging leaders.

Kendrick’s experiences growing up taught him the importance of giving back to the community, understanding and respecting tradition and history and most importantly, the value of life experiences as stepping stones to learn and grow as an individual.
