As a former School District Superintendent, I chose this area of Administration so that I would be able to have a larger impact on the needs of the students, their families and the communities. I wanted to ensure that students received a quality education holistically and were afforded the opportunities and instruction which they needed to be prepared in order to achieve success in society and the workforce. As a Servant Leader, it was imperative for me to leave a legacy for others to follow.
