With over 10 years in the real estate industry, Brittany is deeply involved in her community and strives every day to bring buyers and sellers together to accomplish their goals throughout the real estate process. The multi-award winner is the recipient of the Prominent Realtor Award in May 2021 and the Realtor of the Year award in 2019. Furthermore, Brittany holds a degree in Criminal Justice with track of law and is a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist, C-REPS and a Certified Military Relocation Professional, MRP.

As an advocate for homeownership, Brittany educates the community by hosting seminars online and in person, informing them about: current market trends in real estate, requirements to purchase, how to market and sell, finances and credit, resources for buyers and sellers, and what to expect throughout the process. As such, she personally understands the complexities of of buying and selling real estate as she purchased multiple properties in different states and as an investor herself, prides herself with helping others as well. Brittany works diligently every day to serve and invest in the communities she serves within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

As a spouse to an active-duty service member and new mom she understands the stresses of relocating (sometimes sight unseen) and makes it a priority to cater to her clients’ specific needs and preferences. Brittany works aggressively to ensure a seamless transition and goes above and beyond to exceed her clients’ expectations.
