What role do you play in your Industry?
- In my role, I am supporting women in their future endeavors. I help highlight their strengths while successfully creating interpersonal and professional goals.
What year did you start in your industry?
- I started in my industry in 2016. I recently moved to Colorado and rebranded my company.
What Certifications, Degrees, Titles and Experience do you have in your industry?
- I have a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. I have my MSW in clinical social work. I am a licensed social worker.
Why & How did you get involved in your industry?
- I wasn't strong in academics in my youth but great with leadership skills and had innovative approaches to develop new skills. I wanted to share but, most importantly, help other women identify their strengths and abilities.
What do you love most about your role in your industry?
- I enjoy and love the partnership with my clients. I used the empowerment model to support and partner with clients through intentional resources, relationships, and guidance.
What is the best advice you have received about how to impact your industry?
- 1. Be transparent 2 Allowing yourself to learn new lessons. 3. Be intentional with protecting your peace. The advice allows me to give perspective and reminds me to continue the work.

- 1. Continuous learning 2. Personality 3. Passion
What encouragement would you give to those who are interested in being in your industry?
- Just do it! Leap and learn how to use the skills and knowledge to help someone else.
What do you think is the most important qualities for people to have in your industry?
- We are passionate about the work we do with our clients.
What obstacles have you overcome, or are you overcoming to excel in your industry?
- To move out of my way and do everything I have predicted for my future.
What accomplishments are you most proud of in your life?
- My most significant success would be graduating high school and college. School administrative told me that I would barely make it out of elementary when I was younger.
Who is is one person that has influenced your direction in life? Explain How.
- All the women in my family have influenced the direction of my life. Regardless of the grievance, they continued to prevail. It is a daily reminder to continue doing the work in my industry. I am thankful for the past, present, and future generations.
What advice would you give to the younger generation?
- Trust your gut and go after everything you set in your heart. Never allow self-pity or self-doubt to stop you from achieving your goals.
What do you want your legacy to be?
- Freedom and Peace. I want my legacy to be that I always walked in peace and strength while having mental, physical, and financial freedom.

- I hope my passion inspires you to conquer your goals.
