Why & How did you get involved in your industry?

As a single mother I longed for help in the areas of domestication, and instead of getting the help I needed, I decided to be the help and provide assistance to other people that needed it.

What do you love most about your role in your industry?

That it's my company, that we get to provide a service that is helpful, that as the own I can employ others so they can take care of their families, and that I get to give back to the community.

Why & How did you get involved in your industry?

You can't do it all on your own, build a team and hire people that are smarter than you in the areas that you are not so knowledgeable in.

What is the best advice you have received about how to impact your industry?

What do you think are the top 3 things that help people excel in your industry?

What encouragement would you give to those who are interested in being in your industry?

Its not easy, it's hard work mentally, and physically, but it is rewarding, if you apply yourself, work hard, and get connected to the right people.

What do you think is the most important qualities for people to have in your industry?

What obstacles have you overcome, or are you overcoming to excel in your industry?

Hiring the right team members and retaining them in the company. Staying relevant and innovative. Staying ahead of the competition.

What accomplishments are you most proud of in your life?

The vision and the dream that I have for Your Highness is coming into fruition. We've been featured in magazines in Colorado and have been on podcast providing knowledge, and building a reputable reputation.

Who is is one person that has influenced your direction in life? Explain How.

What advice would you give to the younger generation?

The choices you make today will effect your tomorrow, your future self. So think 1st, long and hard before you make any decisions.

What do you want your legacy to be?

That she loved God, loved her children, was inspirational and influential. She died empty with all the gifts and talents that God gave her she gave us.

What else would you like people to know about you?

Not only am I a business owner, but a soon to be published author or 2 books. A children's book called "That ugly word Davorse" (Divorce) told from a child's perspective, and my memoir "If I knew what I know now (life of a single mother).
