Interview With Alpha The Musical
I am Alpha the Musical and I am a singer/songwriter in Colorado Springs, CO. I started singing when I was three years old and when I was 17 I started playing guitar. I’ve always felt like my life is the plot for a musical and the only one who could write the score was me. I love talking to people through music because it allows for us to share a moment. One memory that I will have forever is singing on the Gothic theater stage in front of hundreds of people and feeling their energy. I’ve been doing music professionally for eight years and if I could give anyone a bit of advice it would be this: No one is going to want it as badly as you do. You have to push past all the no’s by always telling yourself “yes.” I wish I knew what I know now when I was younger because if I did, I’d spend more time saying to myself “worry less about their ideas and more about fleshing out yours.”
