What role do you play in your Industry?
- I’m an Indie Musician, Composer and Producer in my industry.
What year did you start in your industry?
- I started in 2013 in my industry.
What Certifications, Degrees, Titles and Experience do you have in your industry?
- I don’t hold music certifications or degrees but my title are Unsigned Indie Artist, Composer and Producer I have in my industry.
Why & How did you get involved in your industry?
- I accidentally stumbled upon on a new computer music program while I was figuring about music compositions in the beginning. As I began composing my original music, my fingers became more nimble and soon I was able to produce a better melody. In this way, I chanced upon music distributor and they assisted in my music release distribution.
What do you love most about your role in your industry?
- I love about having my own original Creative creations in my role without any restrictions in the industry.
What is the best advice you have received about how to impact your industry?
- The best advice I have received is Indie Musicians networking that I may be able to learn some of the successful music marketing strategies to impact the industry.
What do you think are the top 3 things that help people excel in your industry?
- I think the to 3 things that help people excel in my industry are 1. Passion 2. Resources Or Resourceful 3. Unique Selling Point
What encouragement would you give to those who are interested in being in your industry?
- I would encourage to those who are interested in being in your industry to don’t give up easily, and prepare, affirm and put on your best foot forward to seek opportunities who maybe able to show interest to your music even there are high competitions in the industry. If lack of strong music making skills or even vocals, start small, learn and practice, one will definitely see progress one continues hard work.
What do you think is the most important qualities for people to have in your industry?
- I think the most important qualities for people to have in my industry persistence, practice humility and able to take a step whenever anything isn’t on the right track and review what works and doesn’t works in order to continue move ahead with their music goals.
What obstacles have you overcome, or are you overcoming to excel in your industry?
- My obstacles I have overcome are having better visibility music exposure, successfully transferred to a Performing Rights Collection Society which able to give me to continue making both Creative Commons Music License and All Rights Reserved Music License Music.
What accomplishments are you most proud of in your life?
- In my school days, I was awarded “First In Chinese Language” in two consecutive years in my academic Second Language Studies and I was awarded with certificates and prizes.
Who is is one person that has influenced your direction in life? Explain How.
- Actually, there isn’t anyone who has influenced my direction in my life.
What advice would you give to the younger generation?
- My advice I would give to the younger generation would be continue to persist in whatever you enjoy to do instead of let others tell you what you should do.
What do you want your legacy to be?
- Unsure.
What else would you like people to know about you?
- I would like people to know that besides music, I like art as well.
